It seems like they will work with the inserts if I remove … They appear to be well made, but the size was awfully small. I wear a ridged plastic orthotic insert in my shoes and with that in place the shoe just has too low of a profile. I would suggest that anybody that uses orthotic inserts would experience the same. I just received two pairs of Bass Pomonas that have a saddle shoe look. It seems like they will work with the inserts if I remove the thin foam insert that comes with the shoe. Turns out it is a little too big but with the help of an insole all is fine. 8 My size is usually UK 8 which is a US 8.5. But I chose a US 9 here due to the reviews that it is smaller than actual size.Turns out it is a little too big but with the help of an insole all is fine.8.5 3E would have been perfect for me feet though.
